The New Prague Area Schools' Profile of a Graduate prepares students to be career-ready by providing opportunities, skills, and experiences to all students during their K-12 learning experience. This Profile demonstrates our investment in our students’ post-secondary education and acts as a communication tool between NPAS and our stakeholders.
In creating this Profile, the strategic plan and the New Prague Way were used to guide the intent of this work. Work began in the fall of 2023 after the District set a goal to create a Profile of Graduate as part of its World’s Best Workforce goals. Discussion and collaboration sessions were held during the 2023-2024 school year to build the plan.
