Personal Information

Mr. Stensrud has been a Language Arts Teacher at New Prague High School for 16 years. Over this time, he has taught all grade levels at the high school. Mr. Stensrud received his undergrad degree from Luther College and a graduate degree from Hamline University in both Education and Creative Writing. 

 

Mr. Stensrud loves teaching the college-level writing classes here at New Prague High School as it gives him a chance to learn more about his students.

 

Beyond the classroom, Mr. Stensrud co-directs the fall musical, directs the spring play, and advises NHS at the high school

 

In his free time, Mr. Stensrud enjoys to run, see plays, travel, and hike.
